At House of Holv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) for a credit note in accordance with the policy below.

 Returns Eligibility

• Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Condition: Returned items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • With all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Free from any signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or any other marks.

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.

EXEMTIONS

• Non-returnable items: The following items are exempt from returns:
  • Earrings and other intimate accessories due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items unless specified otherwise.

HOW TO RETURN

• To start a return, please contact us at houseofholv@houseofholv.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send back your item(s).

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

-If you have sent your parcel untracked and your parcel goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss. This is completely your responsibility as the purchaser until the goods are received back to us.

CREDIT NOTE

• Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit note for the amount of the item(s) purchased.
• Validity: Credit notes will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Usage: Credit notes can be applied to any future purchase at House of Holv

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE
