HOUSE OF HOLV - RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from HOUSE OF HOLV. However, if you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a return in line with UK consumer law. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return.

Returns Eligibility

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • We DO NOT accept returns on sale items or custom/personalised products.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear (unless hygiene seal is intact), or earrings.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return: Email us at Houseofholv@houseofholv.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging where possible.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

  4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofholv@houseofholv.co.uk providing photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage costs, where applicable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
