Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following Royal Mail postage options:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked – Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked – Estimated delivery within 2-4 working days.

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over £55 – Automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2/3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by external factors such as postal delays or weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, and you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK.

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
